Our marine hydraulic steering system is compatible with outboard motors up to 300 horsepower and can be seamlessly integrated with multiple top brands, including Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Mercury, Nissan, and Dongfa. Our outboard hydraulic steering kit provides smooth and precise steering control, giving you an exceptional sailing experience.

📣Features
⇥Hydraulic Cylinder: Our hydraulic steering cylinder has an outstanding output thrust of 470 kgf, making it suitable for most water wells and ensuring optimal engine operation without space restrictions. Its sturdy structure and efficient sealing design enable it to easily withstand harsh environments.
⇥Hydraulic Helm Pump: The helm has a maximum operating pressure of 6.9 MPa/1000 psi. It is equipped with replaceable shaft seals to prevent fluid leakage, ensuring easy maintenance for long-term use. ORB fittings facilitate hose routing and quick assembly. Efficient low-friction design ensures easy handling and reduces steering fatigue.
⇥Hydraulic Hose: Equipped with two 26ft hoses, featuring a high-strength nylon reinforced design, suitable for harsh marine environments. Maximum working pressure up to 200 bar (approx. 2900 psi). And 1/4-inch pipe fittings for easy installation, compatible with most outboard motors and accessories. The hose can be cut to the desired length as needed for custom installation.
⇥Accessories: The kit includes two tubes. One plastic tube connects to a quarter-liter bottle, and the other end is threaded to the pump's oil filling port for system venting.
