This is the Dexter "HD" version of 10K brakes, and the WILL NOT WORK FOR THE MUCH MORE COMMON "GENERAL DUTY" AXLES! (which use 3-3/8" wide shoes)
Replacing Dexter Drums? Your old drum must say 9-27 on it!
This drum will replace your worn drum, however it will only replace the drum part, not the hub as well. These large hub drum assemblies are in two pieces unlike almost all of the 7,000# drums and lighter duty drums due to the high cost of the single piece assembly, this way you can just buy the part you need and save money!
